Invest in Your Future

Have you ever heard of that statement?  It's a little known strategy to acquire an investment property, sell it, then acquire another one.  The key is moving the taxable event into the future again, essentially kicking the can down the road.  When done properly, you essentially pay very minimal taxes on your investment property income.... permanently!!  You can do this until you pass away, and never pay large tax sums to the IRS!  That's how many wealthy people do it.  My legal partners have done this many times for their clients, and can do it for you as well.
